Legal Forms Eviction I Just Received An Eviction Notice Because Of The Rent....?

I just received an eviction notice because of the rent....? - legal forms eviction

My contract was established on 31 January .. we would leave the lease, but the owner was told he had a dog, some days before 31 He only has me a letter and said she would be the house of 31 to consider and we need to solve the problem if we do not go Thiry day. I had to pay the rent for February. I talked to her and asked if we could meet with each other for the dog. She said she would check the house and see. He said and did nothng was with him the matter, but that day on the phone told me that he could sign another lease and get rid of the dog or approval. Then contact either in the month of February about 26 of February, I called and asked if we could stay another month, well said, and said he would try to pass and give you the rent. There are things that my child was sick and forgotten. Then I received yesterday the legal form of expulsion, but never gave me a eviction notice and asked the same rent. Shall I go and try to fight this in court if they have done everything right willinglly? And my security deposit? I am in a lease.

Firstly, I can go, even if you do not have a lease if the deposit if it can not go wrong with the property or you need to return. Confronted with the dog on the buttocks of his lease and had to cancel the lease. If you already paid for the month of March, should go, but you have to give u back what you paid. because there is another lease that the landlord can not make you pay off the balance of his lease. So, unless you do not receive the deposit, do not take your landlord to court

After his contract was completed, it will be as a monthly basis. Both have 30 days to notify, in writing to terminate the lease. By accepting the payment, they were good for February. The rent was due the 1st March, and I suppose it has to be evicted on 5 Been validly filed. They do not call to say why they were late paying the rent? Shame on you. When he got to her or her payment by another person, this would never happened to have spoken. But I digress. They pay no rent March, so that the period of thirty days does not matter because he is in default. It is not the rental agreement, you must not pay money for the month. She did not ask for the car, you have to pay. What is your deposit likely to continue, said he broke the contract by the dog. But there must be a written notice within 30 days on what maintenance and why. If there is damage, you may be entitled on the back, but I bet he will fight in small claims court for it. Because the dog and expulsion, I see aFlooring judges with his owner. Sorry.
