Is is imperitive that a solicitor signs the Enduring Power of Attorney forms? - power of attorney forms ontario

You do not need a law firm. Just witness.
You should consult with his lawyer.
The changes will not be made retrospectively (unless it fits their MPs in cost!)
We Enduring power even in the moment and recognize how "aged" and remain legal.
